Shipping and Tracking
We currently ship in USA, Australia, Canada and UK. Our estimated Delivery Time:
– USA – 12-20 business days.
– Australia – 13-20 business days.
– Canada – 16-26 business days.
– United Kingdom – 20-40 business days
And if you order more than 20$ in products, you have FREE SHIPPING.
Note: The delivery time mentioned above does not include order processing time that usually varies from 1 to 3 days.
Different items have their own processing time, which is what we cannot control. Also, we have several different suppliers so sometimes if multiple products are ordered they could arrive in separate packages, but don’t worry we will do the best to let you receive your items as soon as possible. Also, some product may not ship for your specific country despite being on our list, no worries as we won’t charge your card if we cannot deliver to your country.
Standard shipping cost depends on the region and product (weight, sizes) it will be calculated when you place your order, it varies from 4$ to 9$ max.

Our suppliers are Worldwide (USA, Canada, Australia) but mostly coming from Asia (China, Japan, Malaysia).
All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. That is usually the obligation of customers. Different countries have different tax rule on the imported goods. Therefore, it will be better if you know your county’s custom policies before your order in case of some troubles.
There are some responsibilities you should know about clearly who has to take once something unexpected happens. If the items are detained by Customs after the shipment left the seller’s country, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the detained items.
It is the buyer’s responsibility for any custom duty fees that may be charged upon delivery.
We take your privacy and discretion very seriously so there are no markings on the back or side of your shipment. The only markings are your address label on the front and a courier sticker depending on the service used.
An email containing shipment information including a tracking number will be sent to you once the package has shipped. Please use this number to track your shipment to the indicated destination.
It is very important that you respond to our communications so that we may improve your user experience. Once you receive your order feel free to let us know or send us a review, we love to read them.
If you don’t receive your package after two months (60 days) from the date of your order, please contact as soon as possible at your earliest convenience to avoid any delays and help we can provide. If after the three months (90 days) your package has not arrived and you didn’t contact our staff we won’t be able to help, so please contact us in advance.
